Thanks to the realization of an integrated system for information, training and technical assistance services, the Regione Lazio has overcome the access difficulties to the many and significant opportunities offered by the European Programmes to institutions, local authorities, small and medium enterprises, associations and citizens.

The introduction of a fast and effective instrument was required by the ever greater importance of the European programmes role for the social and economic development of local communities, considering also the enlargement policy adopted by the European Union.

This instrument is meant capable to assure a wider access to the information and the possibility to rapidly deepen their contents and use.
