THE WEB SITE
The web site is structured to allow the users an immediate availability of the provided services.

Two basic needs were in fact considered since the phase of technical planning of the site itself:
  • to ensure the access of all the users to the information on community programmes and calls for proposals;
  • to provide the registered users with additional services of technical assistance (on-line counseling and partners research).
The web site sections that fulfill the first need are:
  • the EU programmes area, developed in thematic sub-sections, each one of which contains continuous updated files that clearly and synthetically describe the different on-going community programmes;
  • the calls for proposals area, continuously updated with all the calls published on the Official Journal of the European Communities;
  • the news area, where will be reported all the main news about European policies, documents and events;
  • the link area, with a list of the addresses of the main institutional sites of interest, both at national and European level;
  • the details area where are published the documents and the dossiers on community projects.
Furthermore the web site contains:
  • two sections dedicated to the programmes co-financed by the Structural Funds that provide the basic information and the suitable cross-references to the institutionally appropriate authorities that ensure the information and the assistance services eventually needed by the users. These sections are available on the Home Page at the links "Community Initiatives" and "Innovative Activities";
  • a dedicated area that wants to provide, upon registration, a partner research service and on-line counseling. To benefit of the first service the users will be requested to provide the basic information on the projects for which they're searching partners, or for which they want to propose themselves as partner, so to be inserted in the apposite database. In the second case the users can ask specific questions on items related to one or more European programmes, the answers will be given by experts in a short term;
  • a "Training activities" area, where the users will find all the information and the materials about the thematic courses and seminars organized by Lazioeuropa.
